Dr. Mohammad Tareq

Dr. Mohammad Tareq is an assistant professor of the Department of Accounting & Information Systems, University of Dhaka. He has been teaching and marking undergraduate and postgraduate level accounting courses at several universities since 2004: RMIT University in Australia, Singapore Institute of Management, University of Tsukuba in Japan, Independent University of Bangladesh, North South University, BRAC University, and University of Dhaka. Dr. Tareq received his BBA and MBA from University of Dhaka, MBA from University of Tsukuba, Japan and Ph.D. from the RMIT University, Australia. His research interests are in financial information and its effect on corporate governance and behavioral research in accounting and business.
